I have a YF International GPS unit, with ROM version 82F. I can run uBook on it via a copy of the ubook directory from MioAutoRun that has been copied to my SD card. That works. But I want to install uBook Lite and the install program will NOT install it on the SDMMC card, even though there are tons of space on that card. It sees the card, and then hangs totally. If the files were in a directory I could just extract on the desktop and then copy and drop onto the SD card all would be well, but there does not seem to be a way to tell it to do that. It insists on trying to install onto the device once the device is detected via ActiveSync, but simply cannot do so.
HELP! Is there another way that I can get the files already in a directory that I can unzip and drop as a folder onto the SD card? Then it would work! I could then put the license for lite in the same folder, and go from there.
