I got this reply from NNG when I asked about upgrades, so looking good!
The upgrade is free to all iGO My way users for each localized version, regardless if they paid full or discount price. It takes a while until Apple approves all the 25 regions, but sooner or later every region will be updated. Please note that the upgrade requires iOS 4.3 or later.
