Well, I will say html or ePub (as of r0d, from yesterday).  All other formats are fine, but with amazing programs like calibre, I am not going to spend much more time improving the other text formats (PML, TXT and RTF).

As long as you don't abandon RTF, it's still my preferred format.  :)

Thanks for this!  I will check out the market when I get the time. I am a bit afraid of being inundated with installation issues.  Maybe I am just paranoid... :-)

Oh, I just realized something.  The link probably points to the old release (r0a), while the new release (today March 10, r0d) will be ignored...  Could you create a new link link.  Pretty please!
I have changed my way and will always change the link name but keep using the same name for the APK.  So from now on:

uBook 2011 r0d for Android 1.5

and

uBook 2011 r0d for Android 1.6+

No problem. I will make separate posts for ease of recognition as embedding images appears to be restricted.

Of course not!  But I will not improve it just maintain it, when the rest of the code changes.
I finally found the icon creation crash (a bug in Android, yeah yeah, not my code), so I will make an update during the week-end.

Cheers David I'll stick with ePub then for the moment, makes my life easier.

Oh, one thing you may wish to improve on. When using search and the 'next' function you really need to reduce the size of the menu - as at the moment you can't see enough to get the context of what you are searching for as it's covered by the menu.
