Call barring password..

Hi, i'm tried to setup the call barring on orbit but it needs a password.
i tried 0000 but it doesnt work...
is anyone know the password??

Hi Tangcmin, I'd imagine this may be something that your service provider would set, so I'm assuming that you're on O2, so it may be worth contacting them.. I could be wrong though!

Barring passwords are definitely set by the networks. If you haven't changed yours, then try 1111 or 6666.

0000 , 1111 , 1234 or 6666 doesnt work

Try 5555 O2 used to use that.

You need to speak to Customer Services- they may have set up a specific CB password when the account was created.
You also need to make sure call barring is enabled on your account- it is sometimes disabled by default. When you ring up CS to enable it, you should be asked which call barring password you want set.

Sometimes, call barring is set up "locally" - i.e. on the chip/SIM rather than by the network operator.
So you could try using your SIM PIN codes (it may be your PIN2 code).
Personally I would keep entering the incorrect code until it asks for my PUK2 - which is then easily obtainable from customer services.
