The message "Your phone is running low on free storage space. Delete old or unused items to create more space" keeps popping up. I have a 2GB memory card.

Maybe deleting stuff from the phone memory will solve this.

Here's the main problem...

When trying to recieve a file via Bluetooth, it will tell me that I don't have enough storage space to save the file.

In the Bluetooth settings I have told it to save all recieved files into the Storage Card directory but it still tells me I don't have enough memory. I have 1302.16MB of free memory on it.

Any help on this would be great.

Thanks

From memory (graon) the file is first saved into internal memory and if you don't have enough room internally the save will fail.

Yes it should do. The warning about storage space is for phone memory, not the card. Try emptying the cache in Pocket IE - if you have done any browsing that can eat up space. If that's not enough, then there are some good memory management apps that can help - SK Tools, MemMaid and more.

Can you give us a reading from Settings/System/Memory to see how much Storage and Program memory you have free?

That is much better :)

Presumably your device is running better too?

Run the fix that saves your internet temp files onto your storage card. That will save a lot of issues. And save all pics/videos/music onto storage card too.
