For sounds and profiles I use SBSH Phoneweaver.  It's an excellent profiler AND it allows you to export all your settings to your storage card so getting everything set back up is a 5s job.

For email accounts there are probably programs that allow you to export your settings but I have a .cab file that does it for me.  If I get the chance tomorrow (busy tonight) I'll try to upload my .cab file (with my details removed, of course :) ).  It's quite straight forward to edit it with your own details.

Did you ever find that Cab Bassey? Just wondering, sounded nice.

Sorry gem.  Forgot all about it.  Just sent myself an email to remind me to upload it tonight.

Remembered at last.  This file needs to be an xml file (I can't attach xml files here so I've changed the file extension to .txt).  So, save it, open it, fill in your detail (all the fields have nice, obvious names) and Save As... .xml.

Then, you need a .cab builder to put it in a .cab file.  There are probably easier ways but I use Visual Studio, which you can download for free from Microsoft.

Thank you Bassey!
WOW looks like a lot of work to make this one. Got just a couple questions on it though. Will this set up POP accounts as well as internet (hotmail, gmail, etc..) to? Can it be set up to load multiple accounts as well, and how would you write the text file for that. And lastly, I see a calendar entry, so is it safe to not fill in what you do not need, and just leave the line in there, or do you have to erase what you do not use as well? Just don't know what the calender line is for. Would you mind me PM'ing you a sample of trying to enter in my info the way I understand it needs to be entered?

Thanks.

To my understanding, the calendar entry just tells ActiveSync if you want to sync calendar entries as well ("1" = yes, "0" = no).  Same goes for contacts.  And this file is purely for Exchange ActiveSync.  I'm not sure how to set one up for pop - although I'm sure it's possible.

Feel free to PM me if you wish, but I'm not guaranteeing I'll be of any use!
