The Jabra mics are above the ears as well. I find it fine, but I would assume they are in the same place as the BluBuds so if they didn't work for you the Jabras might not be an improvement.

It's difficult to say really.

I wish they did a decent set of sport buds with a boom mic, that would be perfect for me...

LOL yeah I don't think they'd suit somehow..... I'd like the ones S.H.I.E.L.D use on films as they work unbelievable well, hand long battery life and comfortable and the audio is unbelievable. :)

My current work headset is a Bluetooth one and sorta looks like the S.H.I.E.L.D ones, or at least I think it did!

It's a Plantronics Voyager Legend http://www.plantronics.com/uk/product/voyager-legend.

It's Lync certified & connects to my Lync Enterprise Voice on the laptop & my mobile at the same time!

Oooh I like the look of that Jim, no good for stereo playback though :(

How comfortable is it?

I've found it very comfortable, I often forget I'm wearing it. The freedom from wires at the desk is liberating, I can wander around the office & carry on talking!

I've sought long and hard for the Nirvhana of BT headsets and it just doesn't seem to exist. The Jabra's are my personal best fit.

It's ok for podcasts, but mono music isn't really a great thing, albeit it does support music!

Hmm if it was cheaper I'd be very tempted. Wonder if the office will spring for one?
