can't sign in on Windows 10

Hi, I have encountered a problem while using the app on Windows 10. I can't sign in, and thus I'm unable to sync my library. Signing in works just fine on my phone, with Windows Phone 8.1 and I even tried on a Windows 10 Mobile phone and it works flawlessly, just the Windows 10 version on my tablet doesn't seem to work properly with an error log appearing (attached to the message I sent to your support mail because I can't upload attachments as a guest here).

Please help me with this.
